That Before and After shot from Moonlight Studios had me shook
I saw their reel from 2018 vs their work last year and it's like two different companies. They dumped all their old LED panels for Aputure lights and hired a real colorist, and now their stuff looks like HBO. Has anyone else noticed a studio completely turning around like that?

Oh man, that's a killer transformation. First thing I'd tell anyone trying to do the same is that swapping your lights is just step one, the real magic comes from having someone who actually knows how to grade color.

Color grading is like the seasoning nobody talks about until they taste the difference. Makes you wonder why we all don't just hire a pro for everything, right? Guess I'll keep squinting at my TV like I'm trying to spot a ghost in the dark.
