My mentor at the Austin meetup said minified CSS is for chumps and I'm starting to agree
I used to ship every stylesheet through a minifier on principle, but last month a dev named Priya at the Austin CSS meetup showed me how she keeps her production files readable with only 4kb of difference on a 40kb sheet. The gzip numbers were nearly identical, and she said she's saved hours debugging because class names stay intact. Honestly it made me rethink the whole "smaller is always better" thing. Anyone else drop minification and not miss it?
