Had coffee with my aunt last weekend and she told me she uses the same password for everything, 'just with different numbers at the end'. It really hit me how common that still is.

Tried to get my mom on a password manager for years and she refused. Finally sat her down and showed her how it works with one website she uses all the time. Seeing it auto-fill the login for her bank account was the lightbulb moment. Now she's the one telling her friends about it. Sometimes they just need to see it work once.
