inThe day a spotter saved my load swing
Working solo that long your brain builds these shortcuts where you think you've got the room you need because you've done it so many times. Getting tunnel vision is real, you stop seeing the small stuff like how far a load actually swings on a boom extension because you're focused on the hook and the target. That spotter saved you more than a truck, he saved you from a habit that could have been a lot worse.

inWent to the design museum in Chicago and saw a whole wall of old Photoshop keyboard shortcuts
And @jessicab70, my memory's so bad I probably forgot I even hit undo.

inRant: I just read that some farriers think a hot shoe is always better for traction
My cousin's mule wore cold shoes on a rocky trail and did fine for months.

inThat flange fit-up nightmare that ate my whole Saturday
Used to think fab shops always got hole patterns right since it's literally their job. Then had a 16 inch blind flange show up with the bolt circle off by almost a quarter inch. What should have been a two hour job turned into an all day fight with a die grinder and a torch. That Saturday changed how much I check things before I start fitting.

inSaw a new coffee shop downtown with a logo that looks like a bootleg Starbucks
Yeah that logo thing reminds me of this taco truck near my place that straight up ripped off the Taco Bell font, what were they thinking lol. Original stuff sticks in your head way longer than trying to look like something you're not.
