Rant: swapped my business cards from glossy to matte after 6 years and I can't believe the difference in how people react

The "how people react" part is the real thing nobody talks about. Matte just feels better in the hand, no glare when you hand it over at a table, and people actually hold onto it longer instead of sliding it in a pocket. Went through the same switch a few years back and my only tip is go a little heavier on the card stock if you can, thin matte cards feel cheap fast. Keep a few glossy ones in the glove box for anyone who still wants to write on the back.
