That 2am kickoff meeting in Singapore rewired my whole file setup
Was on a client call last Tuesday at 2am their time and I kept digging through 12 different folders just to find the latest wireframe. Embarrassing. So I spent the next morning building one master file with clearly labeled artboards and a cover page that lists what's current. Now I can hand off to anyone on the team in under 30 seconds. Anyone else hit that wall where your own naming system stops making sense after a few weeks?

Quick thing though, the 2am call was their time or yours? Either way that sounds rough. Master file with a cover page is smart, I did something like that after losing track of which version was which way too many times.
