Finally built a proper morning routine after 3 years of winging it
I used to scroll through my phone for 20 minutes after the alarm went off, then rush through breakfast and coffee, but now I do a 5 minute stretch, write down one thing I'm looking forward to, and actually sit at the table to eat - what's one tiny habit you added that made a big difference for your day?

Stopping the phone scroll is huge. I used to do that too and it wrecked my whole morning vibe. Now I just leave my phone in the kitchen overnight so I have to actually get up to check it. That tiny change saves me like 15 minutes of brain fog.
