Honestly, that's exactly what I did when I was choosing a project management app. I just grabbed Trello because the setup looked easy. Used it for a solid two months before I realized I needed more features and swapped to ClickUp.

But that two months on Trello feels like wasted time now... learning all those boards and cards just to start over. The setup cost is real, even if the app is free. You get your team used to one way of working, then have to retrain everyone. I've seen projects stall for weeks during a switch because nobody could find anything.
