Serious question, has anyone else had a total workflow shift after a bad morning?

I was at the airport in Denver last Tuesday, trying to get through security for a 7 AM flight. My usual plan is to just wing it, but this time I was juggling my laptop, my shoes, my bag, and my coffee, and I dropped my boarding pass. A guy behind me, who looked like he traveled every week, just had this tiny pouch and his phone. He was through in maybe 30 seconds. I asked him how he did it, and he said, 'I pack the same way every time. It's not about the trip, it's about the system.' That hit me. I spent the whole flight thinking about my morning routine at home, which was just as messy. Now, I lay out my clothes and pack my work bag the night before, every night. It sounds small, but starting the day without that frantic search for my keys has changed my whole mood. Has anyone else built a simple system like that for their daily chaos?

Yeah, I thought that stuff was silly until I tried it.

My friend talked me into a guided meditation app last year. I figured it was just sitting quietly, but it actually helped me sleep better in like two weeks. Now I do ten minutes most mornings before work. It sounds small, but that quiet time changes how I handle stress all day.

Right? I was the same way. I mean, it just seemed like a weird fad until I actually gave it a shot. Makes a real difference.
