Overheard a designer friend mention their monitor arm changed their posture

They said it freed up so much desk space that they finally added a small plant. I'm thinking about trying one myself, but I'm worried about the weight of my 32-inch screen. Has anyone mounted a monitor that size without issues?

What's the weight of your specific monitor? The arm's max load is the real key, not just the screen size. My 34-inch ultrawide is fine on a heavy-duty arm rated for 25 pounds.
