Question about monitor arms vs. stacking books for height
Used a stack of old textbooks for years to raise my monitor. Switched to a Vivo single arm last month. The difference in neck strain is huge, plus I got my desk space back. Anyone else find a cheap upgrade that fixed a long term problem?

Ever think a monitor arm was just for looks? I used a shoebox full of old phone books for like five years. Felt fine until I borrowed my brother's spare arm for a week. My whole back and neck just... unclenched. Now I can't believe I sat like that for so long.
