Hit 500 icon tokens in one file, is that a win or a warning sign?

I was cleaning up a dashboard project and noticed the local variables panel said 500 icon tokens. Half of them are duplicates from three different naming systems, so I'm wondering if that's a milestone worth celebrating or a red flag that we need to audit. On one hand, it shows the library grew organically as we added screens. On the other, no future designer can find anything without a map. Has anyone else crossed a triple-digit token count and had to decide between consolidation or just living with the mess?

Triple digit tokens is like hitting 1000 unread emails, sure it's a milestone but mostly I'm just afraid to open the file now. We hit 400 once and half the icons had names like "arrow final v2 REAL" and "chevron copy 7", so yeah, a map would have helped. Honestly, consolidation is a weekend project you keep pushing off, but the pain of hunting for the right icon beats rebuilding everything from scratch. Living with the mess is way cheaper than admitting you need a token therapist.
