I was at a pharmacy in Phoenix and the touchscreen menu was impossible for my friend with Parkinson's to use

Wait, isn't Phoenix in Arizona? That's a huge accessibility problem if the touchscreens don't have an option for people who can't use them. They really need to add a voice command or a staff button.

They don't have a button to call for help right on the screen? That's just basic stuff... how are people supposed to get their medicine if they can't even use the menu? It seems like they didn't think about anyone who might have trouble with their hands. That's really bad for a place everyone needs to go sometimes.
