My coworking space wifi crashed during a client call in Bangkok

I was on a Zoom with a big client in Chiang Mai last Tuesday when the whole building's internet just died. Had to tether off my phone's 5G for 45 minutes and it used up almost 3GB of data. Anyone else keep a backup hotspot just for emergencies like this?

Why not just tell clients you'll call them back when the wifi's working? Seems like less stress than babysitting a phone hotspot for 45 minutes.

Exactly this, @grace926, it's like we've all forgotten that waiting five minutes actually builds more trust than a choppy call. Holding on too long just makes everyone feel trapped in a bad loop.
