TIL that ten minutes of yoga stops my knees from aching after floor jobs

My knees used to hurt a lot from kneeling on concrete all day. A buddy at work told me to try some basic yoga stretches. I began doing them for just ten minutes each evening after my shift. Yesterday, I spent hours under a house running new lines. My knees felt so much better when I stood up. This little routine has really helped me feel less beat up. I wanted to share in case anyone else deals with similar soreness.

Yoga seems too simple" is what I thought too, but it really helped my own knee pain.

Sounds helpful, but what if the pain comes back later? Yoga seems too simple for real joint problems!
