TIL that ten minutes of yoga stops my knees from aching after floor jobs

Yoga seems too simple" is what I thought too, but it really helped my own knee pain.

Pro tip: That $300 I spent on a lawyer to look over my first big client contract saved me from a nightmare clause about unlimited revisions.

Contracts are no joke... my cousin got burned on a handshake deal for a custom deck. It dragged on for months with extra "little things" he never agreed to. Bettyg93 is right about clarity from the start, even with friends or family. A simple one page thing listing the work and price would have saved so much headache. He ended up eating the cost of extra materials just to be done with it. Now he makes everyone sign something, even for small jobs.

My space marine paint job just confused everyone at game night

Ugh, that's the worst feeling! I did that once with two shades of green. My friend just steamrolled me because he couldn't tell our units apart. Learned my lesson hard. Now I pick colors that are total opposites on the wheel. Never trusting similar shades again.

Just had the most drawn-out shoeing session of my life

Was she like that the whole time or did she just get worse as it went on? Sometimes they start fine but get fed up. Did you try changing how you were holding her leg at all? I always wonder if it's a balance thing or if something actually hurts them.

Shoutout to labeled bins for appliance part storage

Last month I was digging for a tiny washer in my big tool chest and found three different wall anchors I totally forgot I had. That messy pile of random screws and brackets actually saved me a trip to the hardware store twice since then. There's something about the hunt that helps me remember what I own, like my brain makes a map of the junk. Sure it takes five extra minutes sometimes, but I've found useful parts I would have never checked for in a neat little bin.
