I hit 200 facials in one month and almost quit the next day

Last December I did 200 facials in 30 days. My hands were cramping by week two and I couldn't feel my wrists by week three. The money was great (like $8k take home) but I had zero energy for anything else. Has anyone else pushed that hard and regretted it, or am I just not cut out for the volume?

My best friend actually did something similar last year with dermal fillers instead of facials. She booked 150 appointments in a month and by week three her thumbs were locking up so bad she couldn't open a water bottle. She made like $7k but spent half of it on a hand specialist and massages. She told me she cried in her car after a 11 hour shift because her fingers were just stuck in a claw position. She quit doing high volume after that and only takes like 10 clients a week now.

... that story about the claw hand made me wince, I had a similar thing happen but with my elbow after I spent a whole weekend sanding drywall on a renovation job and couldn't straighten my arm for three days.
