A leaky bay window taught me to slow down
I had this job on an old bay window that kept letting water in. I tried a few quick fixes, but they never lasted. Then I spent extra time cleaning and prepping the frame before applying sealant. It dawned on me that rushing costs more time in the end. Now the leak is gone, and I feel proud of doing it right.

Ngl those few quick fixes probably cost you more time than just doing it right the first time.

Yeah, rushing wastes more than just time too.

Ever have that awful feeling when you rush and it just makes a bigger mess? Like you hurry through cooking and burn the whole pan, wasting all that food. Or you speed through packing for a trip and forget your charger, having to buy a new one. The stress alone eats up more energy than taking an extra minute would have. It's never just the clock you lose.
