Remote work ruined my ability to ignore the living room TV

I thought background noise was no big deal until I had to concentrate and now every commercial feels like a shout!

Tuesday, I muted ads and finished two chapters.

I used headphones... played some soft music in the background. Helps block out the commercials without being too distracting.
