Hey guys, I know this is a bit off-topic from our usual design talk, but I'm looking to get a bit more pull out of my F-150. Has anyone worked with 5 Star Tuning? I see them recommended on a lot of truck forums but wanted to check if anyone here has firsthand experience before dropping the cash.

I actually run one of their custom tunes on my 3.5L EcoBoost! The difference in throttle response is night and day. It completely got rid of that sluggish pedal feel from the factory.

Did the tune tank your gas mileage? I want to tune my rig but I drive a ton for client meetings and don't want to be stopping at the pump every other day.

Seconding this. I bought an SCT device with their lifetime tunes a while back. Whenever I add a new bolt-on part, I just email them the datalogs and they send back an updated file. Super easy process and the truck runs like a dream.
