inRant: A phishing email almost got me because it looked so real
Yeah, I get where you're coming from @cooper.spencer. I was in the same spot before and it felt like too much. What helped me was picking which emails really needed a reply, like only for customer orders or serious problems. I stopped answering every single one and it made a huge difference. Now I spend maybe an hour a week on it instead of all day.

inCrooked cabinet doors had me ready to walk out, but a scrap wood alignment jig fixed everything in five minutes.
Honestly, that sounds like a band aid fix that just hides the real problem. If the doors were that crooked, the cabinets were probably installed wrong in the first place. A scrap of wood isn't going to fix a bad frame or warped hinges, it just forces them into place for now. You're gonna open and close those doors every day and that jig fix won't last. Sometimes you gotta take the time to do it right from the start instead of looking for a five minute save.

inCame across a vintage VCR repair manual while tidying up my workspace
Those hand drawn diagrams would just make me better at drawing funny mustaches on components. My own apprentices would probably find my old notes and laugh.

Developing film took three hours, which @shah.barbara gets, but that's just insane to me now.
