Flying into that mountain strip for a gear pin replacement was a wake-up call
Got sent to a dirt runway in the Rockies last week to swap a missing locking pin. The views were amazing, but trying to work with just a flashlight and no proper bench was ridiculous. I'm telling you, if the company won't spring for a basic mobile kit, they shouldn't be operating out there. That kind of travel turns a simple job into a safety gamble real fast. Never again without my own packed tools, no matter what they promise.
