Can we talk about how I used to onboard new agency clients vs how I do it now?
Two years ago in Denver I sent every new client a 40 page welcome doc and a 90 minute kickoff call, and half of them ghosted me after week 2. Now I do one 15 minute call, ask 3 questions, then drop them straight into a shared Slack channel and get to work the same day. My churn went from around 40% to under 10% in about 6 months after I made that switch. Turns out clients don't want homework, they want to see something moving. Anyone else find that less process actually kept more people around?
