Crossed $30k MRR and suddenly every process broke at once
We hit $30k MRR last Tuesday, 4 months earlier than our forecast. Same day, our account manager quit, two clients threatened to leave over response times, and our project manager realized she was double booking half the week. Nobody warns you that growth breaks your ops before it pays your bills. We went from 8 clients to 14 in 6 weeks and our manual spreadsheet system just collapsed. Anyone else hit a revenue number where the chaos actually got worse before it got better? I need to know if this is normal or if we're doing something wrong.

Growth breaks ops before it pays bills hits hard, same thing happened when we doubled clients fast.
