That old feeling when a client's trust meant more than a quick sale

Back then, we built our agency on honest work, even if it meant slower growth. Now, I see so many places pushing upsells that clients don't really need, and it makes me wonder what we've lost.

Remember when companies actually stood behind their products? Now everything feels like a trick to get you to spend more. Why do we accept this as normal in so many parts of life, from phone plans to grocery stores? It's like we've traded real value for empty promises, and nobody even blinks an eye anymore. What does that say about where we're headed?
