Used to pitch every single service we offered now I only lead with one thing
Back in 2022 I was that guy showing up with a 12 page deck listing web design, SEO, PPC, social media management, email marketing. Clients just glazed over. Last spring I met this agency owner at a coffee meetup in Portland who flat out said "you look like a jack of all trades nobody." Stung but he was right. Now I only talk about conversion rate optimization on the first call. Everything else comes up later if they ask. Has anyone else narrowed their pitch and seen better close rates?
