Just crossed the 50-client mark and my brain short-circuited

I was organizing my CRM last week in Austin and realized I've managed accounts for 52 different clients over the last 3 years (which feels insane considering I started solo). The crazy part is I only ever planned for 10 max, but referrals kept rolling in and I couldn't say no. Has anyone else hit a milestone that made you totally rethink your agency's capacity limits?

Ha wow congrats I guess? Sounds like you accidentally started a grown up business instead of a side hustle. Hope your CRM is ready for client #53 because that referral train doesn't stop.

Man same thing happened to me. I was just trying to make a little extra cash and next thing I know I'm actually keeping spreadsheets and doing taxes like a real adult.
