Just found out 60% of my client churn was caused by one simple thing
I was digging through exit survey data last night and realized 60% of clients who left in 2023 never even had a single check-in call with us after onboarding. We were just sending automated emails and wondering why they ghosted. Has anyone else found a specific metric that explained your retention problems?
