Just realized my stress eating is out of control since running this agency
I finally noticed that I've been gaining weight and feeling sluggish. Every time we have a big pitch or a tight schedule, I end up ordering takeout and snacking on junk. It's like my brain shuts down and I just eat for comfort. Last week, I had three late nights in a row and lived on pizza and soda. Now my clothes don't fit right, and I'm too tired to exercise. I know it's bad, but at that time, it feels like the only way to cope. This agency thing is supposed to be my dream, but it's ruining my health. I need to find a better balance before it gets worse.

What worked for me was just keeping a bowl of fruit on my desk. It sounds simple, but when I was too fried to think, I'd just grab an apple instead of reaching for chips. It didn't fix everything, but it broke the cycle.
