Spotting AI in my doctor's office led to a time-saving trick
Honestly, I noticed my clinic quietly added an AI system for booking visits. Tbh, it asks a few simple questions about your symptoms before suggesting appointment times. For example, when I had a rash, it quickly offered a same-day slot with a skin specialist. Ngl, this cut my usual wait from two weeks down to just a few hours. It even reminds you to bring old records, which I always forget. I think checking for similar AI tools at other places could save everyone hassle. Honestly, it's a small change but makes a big difference in how we get care.

My pharmacy's robot still can't spell my name right though.

Yeah, I was reading how some of these systems can sort symptoms to route you to the right doc faster. They said it cuts down on those urgent care trips for stuff that isn't really urgent. Saw one article where it helped a clinic clear up their 5 p.m. rush hour logjam by pointing people to earlier openings.
