Hot take: a $9 calendar at a truck stop in Amarillo fixed my whole week
I was driving back from a job in Amarillo and grabbed a cheap paper planner at a Flying J because my phone died and I missed two calls that mattered. Turns out writing stuff down beat every app I had tried for 3 years, mostly because I couldn't swipe it away. So now I keep a paper one on the dash and plan my whole week every Sunday night, takes about 20 min. My phone reminders got ignored 9 times out of 10, but the paper one I actually look at. Anyone else ditch digital for paper, or am I just old now?
Paper is fine til you lose the thing or spill coffee on it, then your whole week is gone. Your phone backs itself up and yells at you for free. You just got bored of swiping, that's not the same as paper being better.
