Shoutout to the community kitchen in Phoenix that ruined my cake
I was baking a birthday cake for my sister at this shared kitchen space in Phoenix. Some dude left his mixer on high speed with no bowl attached and flour went everywhere, including into my buttercream. I had to scrape off 3 layers of frosting and start over. The whole thing took me 6 hours instead of the usual 2. Has anyone else had a shared kitchen disaster that made you swear off them forever?
