Rewatched Dark on a flight to Chicago and changed my entire take on the ending

I was stuck on a 4 hour delay at O'Hare last month, so I pulled up Dark season 3 for a second watch. First time I thought the ending was a cop out, but this time I caught all the setup in season 1 about the knot and it clicked perfectly. Has anyone else had a show completely flip for them on a rewatch?

The first time I watched Dark I just got confused by all the different versions of the characters, lol. Then on a rewatch I realized the whole thing is basically a giant ouroboros eating its own tail from episode one. The scene where old Jonas tells young Jonas "the end is the beginning" hit so different the second time around lmao. That show rewards a rewatch more than anything else on Netflix.

Ugh, right? Dark is the king of that. Rewatched Mr. Robot on a long haul and suddenly clues I missed the first time made the whole thing hit way harder.
