Logo I designed in 2018 got torn apart by a focus group last Tuesday

I redid a local bakery's branding five years ago and they brought it back for a refresh meeting. Now I'm wondering how often you folks go back and tweak old work based on new feedback?

Had a buddy rework his whole logo set after one client's wife said the font looked like "spaghetti letters.
