Switched banks last year when my old one started charging me monthly fees for no reason. Took about an hour to set everything up online and move my automatic payments over. Ended up saving almost $200 a year just on fees I didn't realize I was paying. Plus the new bank gave me a $250 cash bonus for opening the account. Honestly I wish I'd done it years ago, that coffee shop guy is onto something real.
