I thought color coding my bujo was a waste of time until I tried it for tracking sleep
I used to just write everything in black pen and call it good. But after 3 months of bad sleep patterns, I added blue for deep sleep and green for restless nights. Seeing the colors stack up across each week made it obvious I was only getting 5 hours most nights. Has anyone else had a simple system like color coding change how they use their journal?

Oh man yes, color coding my mood tracker totally woke me up to how often I felt drained.

Respectfully @phoenixp30, I think the tracking just makes you obsess over feeling bad.
