My bullet journal taught me something weird about my coffee habit
I started tracking my daily coffee cups in my journal's habit tracker last month, just a simple little check box. After 30 days, I added it up and I had 87 checks. I did the math and realized that's almost three cups a day, which shocked me because I only remember making one pot in the morning. Turns out I was unconsciously refilling my mug all afternoon at work. Has anyone else had a tracker show them a habit they didn't even know they had?

It's wild how we can be on autopilot for so much of our day. Tracking stuff really pulls back the curtain on those little routines we don't even notice.
