We hit 500 pounds of sausage ground in one shift last week, which was wild because our old grinder used to jam up at around 300, so the new one is a total game changer for our holiday prep.

Honestly it's not just the brand though. A good grinder helps but going from 300 to 1000 is mostly about technique getting way better over time. Better tools just let you do that good technique without fighting your gear. So it's both, but the skill jump is the real story.
