Spent $400 on a new vacuum tumbler for my sausage mix and it's cut my prep time in half.

What other equipment upgrades have actually paid off for you guys?

My first upgrade was a decent meat grinder, and it was a game changer until I realized I spent more time taking it apart to clean than I did actually grinding. The vacuum tumbler at least sounds like it cleans easy. My wallet still hurts from the fancy stuff that just collects dust now.

Wait, you spent four hundred bucks just to mix sausage faster? My dude, what kind of backyard operation are you running over there? I use a five dollar spoon from Walmart and my own two arms, seems to get the job done.
