What did they teach that made it go wrong? Sometimes those courses push stuff that feels fake to customers.

But what if the problem isn't the stuff they teach, but how we use it? I mean, a script feels fake if you just read it, but the point is to learn the ideas and then say it in your own words. Maybe the courses give a solid base that a lot of people actually need. It can go wrong when someone doesn't adapt it to sound like a real person.
