Appreciation post: the little coffee stand in Bend, Oregon that roasts in a garage out back
I stopped at this tiny stand on NW Galveston last Friday and the guy pulled a 12 ounce bag off a shelf that was still warm from his garage roaster, and the smell hit me before I even opened it, so has anyone else found a spot doing small roasts right out back like that?
