I dialed in a Colombian single origin on my V60 at exactly 205 degrees with a 30 second bloom for five straight days and now nothing tastes right, has anyone else ever hit a groove so good it spoiled your palate?

Bro pretty sure my taste buds are just broken at this point. I've been drinking the same Guatemalan roast from the corner shop for like 3 years straight and anything else tastes like burnt dishwater to me now. Tried my buddy's fancy Ethiopian single origin last week and my mouth just went "nope that's grass clippings in hot water." At this rate my palate is less trained and more just giving up on life like a grumpy old man who only eats meatloaf.
