Rant: my $18 Ethiopian pour over at a cafe in Portland tasted like hot dirt, do I say something or just drink it?
Barista pulled it way too fast, like 1:45 total, so I know it was under extracted, but I just sat there and drank the whole thing without a word. Part of me thinks we should gently say something so they fix the grind, other part thinks it's rude and the shop knows better than me, so where do you all land on this?
