Stumbled on a palette with exactly 3 blues and it clicked for my whole brand kit

I hit 3 specific blue tones in a row testing logos last week and suddenly my entire website color scheme fell into place, has anyone else found a random number of shades that just works for their projects?

Three is actually a pattern I've noticed everywhere once you start looking for it. Like how good stories have a beginning, middle, and end, or how traffic lights work with red, yellow, green. For colors specifically, three shades gives you enough contrast for hierarchy without getting messy. I remember reading somewhere that the human brain naturally groups things in threes, so it makes sense that a trio of blues would feel more complete than two or four.
