Rant: Client's server room flooded from a busted pipe above it

Tbh, I was onsite at a dentist's office in Springfield when I saw water dripping from a ceiling tile right onto their main rack. We had to power down everything and move the hardware to a dry room in about 20 minutes. Has anyone else had to do a full emergency relocation like that, and what's your go-to plan?

Yeah, @val_craig37, tell me about it. My kitchen faucet was fine, but the drain pipe under the sink decided to go last week. A perfect little drip right onto a box of my good mixing bowls.
