Finally took the plunge on spray foam vs rigid board for my container roof

Ngl, I was dead set on rigid foam board for months because it's cheaper. Spent a whole weekend cutting and taping it in my first container in Tucson and the gaps were a nightmare. Last week I borrowed a spray foam rig for my second container and the R-value difference is insane, plus it seals all those weird corners in about 2 hours. Anyone else go back and forth on insulation types before just picking one?

the R-value difference is insane" got me thinking, does the foam trap moisture against the metal long term?

Think it depends on the foam type. Closed cell is basically a vapor barrier so yeah could be an issue.
