Burned my client's scalp with bleach last Thursday, still feel awful about it
I was doing a full bleach and tone in Portland and left the lightener on maybe 5 minutes too long - she ended up with red irritated patches behind her ears. Has anyone else had a mishap like this and how did you handle it with the client?

Start by making sure she knows you care. Apologize again and be honest about what happened. Offer to pay for her next service or give her a full refund for the bleach. Also recommend she see a doctor if the burns get worse or blister. Did you already send her home with some soothing stuff like aloe or a gentle moisturizer?
