My phone's dark mode went from nice to muddy overnight, and I finally figured out why
Last month I updated my phone and suddenly all my dark apps looked washed out and gray instead of black. Turns out the new system adds a slight gray overlay to save battery on OLED screens, so my pure black background turned into a sad charcoal. Has anyone found a setting to turn that overlay off, or am I stuck with it?
