Wasted $200 on a premium template bundle and regretted it instantly
I dropped $200 on a "pro" template bundle from a popular design marketplace last month. The files were so bloated with layers and hidden groups that Figma barely loaded. Half the components broke when I tried to customize colors. Has anyone else shelled out for a template pack that just wasn't worth the money?

Two hundred bucks for templates that can't even handle a basic color change? That is absolutely insane. I would have been on the phone with my credit card company the same day demanding a chargeback. Stuff like that makes me wonder if these "pro" sellers even test their own products before shoving them out the door. Honestly, you got scammed by some really expensive junk.

Have you ever considered that maybe the high price includes support and updates over time, not just the files themselves? I know it sounds steep, but some template makers offer custom help if something breaks. And to be fair, not every color change is simple - if the template uses complex layers or smart objects, it can get messy quick. I've had cheap templates that fell apart too, so paying more doesn't always mean you get junk, it just means you expected a different level of polish. I get being mad about the money, but calling it a total scam feels a bit harsh.
