Appreciation post: Our team in Chicago fought for a single button component last month, and everyone said we were overthinking it.
We spent 3 sprints merging 12 different button styles into one flexible version, and now our devs say it's cut their component build time in half. Has anyone else had to push back against the 'just make a new one' mindset?
